Terms & Conditions

These Terms are an agreement between you and Impact Seminars. They apply whenever you use the website, create an account, buy a program, register for an event, or join a community.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and two-factor codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• One account per person. Do not share an account or create new ones to avoid a suspension, payment, or limit.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, a payment is reversed, or the account is used for fraud or abuse.

Programs are released month by month or in phases. What you can open depends on what you paid for:

• Full access opens every month or phase of the program you bought.
• Monthly or phase access opens only what you have paid for, in order. Paying for a later month also unlocks the earlier ones.

After the free access window ends, keeping video available requires a separate monthly streaming fee. A streaming renewal adds time only - it does not unlock new months or phases.

Access is for you alone. Lessons are streamed in the browser: you may not screen-record, download, copy, or share them. We may update lessons, change their order, or take content down for maintenance or legal reasons.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout - Ethiopian birr or US dollars. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already made.

• Card payments are handled by Stripe. For events in Ethiopia, you can pay by bank transfer or Telebirr; your place is activated after we check the payment.
• Card details go directly to the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
• Only pay with a method you are allowed to use. Bank charges, currency conversion, and taxes not collected by us are your responsibility.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause access while we look into it. You still owe any unpaid amount.

If you send a payment screenshot, include only what is needed to confirm the payment and hide anything unrelated.

Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are final once access has been given. If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or cannot access something you paid for, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will look into it. Where it is appropriate, we will restore access or refund the affected amount.

If we cancel a program or event and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we will refund the affected part of your payment. If we reschedule, your access or ticket normally moves to the new date.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can try to fix it first. Nothing here removes a right you have under Ethiopian consumer protection law.

• An event place is confirmed after payment and, where needed, our approval. Places are limited.
• Tickets and entry codes are personal. Do not resell or share them. If you cannot attend, contact us before the event.
• We may change the venue, time, speakers, or programme. We will tell registered attendees using the details on their registration.
• Please follow the venue rules. We may remove anyone who is disruptive or puts others at risk, without a refund.
• Events are photographed and filmed, and the footage may be used on our website and social media. We cannot offer an opt-out, so by attending you agree to be photographed or filmed. If you do not want to appear, please do not attend.

You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to store, display, and moderate it so the community can work. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for backups or where the law requires us to keep it.

Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, sexually explicit, or that belongs to someone else. Do not share another person's private information. Anonymous posts hide your name from other members, but we can still see who wrote them so we can moderate.

We may remove content or suspend a member when these Terms are broken. Community posts are visible to other members, so do not share confidential information there.

Please do not:

• use the service for anything unlawful or harmful;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or discriminate against anyone;
• share your account, sell access, or help someone get around payment or streaming limits;
• record, download, copy, resell, or share lessons, event streams, or other paid content;
• scrape the site, probe its security, or upload malware or spam;
• collect or misuse other members' information.

The lessons, videos, materials, logos, and the site itself belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to view what you have paid for, for your own learning. You may not copy, publish, sell, or publicly show it without our written permission.

Our seminars are educational. They are not medical, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and we do not promise a particular result. You are responsible for how you use what you learn.

The service is provided as it is. We try to keep it available and error-free, but we may need to pause it for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, data, or opportunity. Our total liability for claims in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us for the service concerned, or ETB 5,000 if you have not paid us, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as fraud or death or injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect your rights. If you do not agree to an update, please stop using the service.
